A Letter to the Women — As We Close the Book of Daniel

Dear Sisters,
As we come to the end of our journey through the book of Daniel, my heart is full of gratitude—for God’s faithfulness, for His Word, and for each of you who chose to walk through this year with open hearts and willing spirits.
For twelve months, we sat with twelve chapters—stories of courage, faithfulness, prayer, obedience, humility, and trust in a God who reigns over kings, kingdoms, and history itself. Daniel showed us what it looks like to live set apart in a world that does not honor God, yet remain unshaken because our hope is anchored in Him.
Through Daniel, we learned that knowing God is not about having all the answers, but about trusting the One who holds them. We watched God honor faithfulness in quiet obedience, strengthen those who stood firm under pressure, and reveal that even in the unseen spiritual battles, He is always at work. We were reminded again and again that God rules—not circumstances, not rulers, not fear.
As we studied these chapters together, something deeper happened. We didn’t just learn about prophecy—we learned about perseverance. We didn’t just read about future events—we learned how to live faithfully today. God used Daniel to strengthen our faith, deepen our prayer lives, and draw us closer to Jesus, our true King.
How fitting it is that we end this study in December, at Christmas. Daniel’s final chapter reminds us that history does not end in chaos, but in resurrection, rest, and reward. Christmas reminds us why we can trust that promise—because God stepped into history through Jesus. He came humbly, lived faithfully, suffered willingly, and rose victoriously so that our future would be secure.
As we gather for our Christmas breakfast—our final teaching of the year—I pray that we do so with hearts at rest. Not because life is easy, but because our God is faithful. We can face the future without fear, stand firm in truth, and walk forward with hope, knowing that the same God who sustained Daniel is the God who holds us today.
Thank you for walking this journey with me. Thank you for your faith, your honesty, your prayers, and your willingness to grow. My prayer is that what God has planted in us through this study will continue to bear fruit—strengthening us as women who truly know our God and live boldly for His glory.
With love and gratitude,
Diana
